Q: How can I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during checkout before completing your payment.
Please follow the steps below:

- Go to your cart and proceed to checkout by selecting the debit/credit card or PayPal payment option.
- If you are using a mobile device, tap “Show order summary” to find the discount code box.
- If you are using a desktop computer, the discount code field will usually appear on the right side of the checkout page.
- Enter your code, apply it, and continue with your payment.
Your discount will be reflected before the final payment is completed.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Veloraynene provides worldwide shipping.
To improve delivery efficiency, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment centers or warehouses depending on product availability and destination.
Q: How long will delivery take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes around 10–20 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Q: How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to check your package status through tracking websites such as 17track.net or through the carrier’s official tracking page.
Q: Why is my tracking information not updating?
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package has been shipped.
It is also normal for tracking updates to pause temporarily while the package is being transferred between shipping facilities or countries. Please allow some time for the next update to appear.
Q: Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.
If your order includes multiple items, they may come from different warehouses to help speed up delivery. In this case, each shipment may have a separate tracking number.

Q: I have not received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
